TERMS OF USE:
These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern the provision of interior design services by the Home Interior Design Company (“Company”) to the Client. By accepting the services of the Company, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Scope Of Services:
We offer end to end home interior design services to meet your specific needs and preferences.
The Company shall provide the following interior design services to the Client: (a) Conceptual design, (b) Space planning, (c) Selection of finishes, materials, furniture and accessories, (d) Preparation of detailed drawings and specifications, (e) Project management, and (f) Any other services as mutually agreed upon by the parties.
Payment Terms:
We understand that your home design project is a significant investment, and that’s why we make payment simple and straightforward. You can choose to pay for our services by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer, and rest assured that all transactions are secure.
The Client shall pay the Company for the services rendered in accordance with the payment schedule agreed upon by the parties. Any additional services beyond the scope of work outlined in this Agreement shall be subject to additional fees to be agreed upon by the parties.
No refund is provided once the design phase in initiated or once the measurement is taken.
Intellectual Property:
The Client acknowledges that all intellectual property rights in the design concept, drawings, and other materials produced by the Company shall be the sole property of the Company. The Client shall not use or reproduce any such intellectual property without the prior written consent of the Company.
Your Safety is Our Priority:
We are committed to ensuring your safety while using our services. Our team of designers follow strict safety protocols, and we only use high-quality materials and products that meet industry standards.
Confidentiality:
The parties shall maintain confidentiality with respect to all confidential information (“Confidential Information”) disclosed by one party to the other party. The receiving party shall only use the Confidential Information for the purpose of fulfilling its obligations under this Agreement.
Termination:
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Client shall pay the Company for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
